Committee Opportunities:

1. Research and Outcomes Committee
Role: This committee is dedicated to evaluating and enhancing the impact of our programs for Young Carers. Members will assist in designing research studies, analyzing data, and interpreting outcomes to ensure that our services are effective and continuously improving.

Responsibilities:
     - Develop and oversee research projects that assess programme effectiveness.
     - Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
     - Provide recommendations for programme enhancements based on research findings.
 

Ideal For: Individuals with a background in research, data analysis, or evaluation who are passionate about innovative approaches and measuring impact.

2. Fundraising Committee
Role: This committee plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to secure funding for Unseen Heroes. Members will collaborate on fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to support our mission and expand our reach.
 

Responsibilities:
     - Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
     - Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
     - Develop creative fundraising strategies and initiatives to diversify revenue streams.
 

Ideal For: Individuals with experience in fundraising, event planning, or donor relations who are enthusiastic about generating support and resources for our cause.

3. Social Accreditation Support Committee
Role: This committee focuses on guiding Unseen Heroes through the process of obtaining and maintaining social accreditation. Members will assist with meeting accreditation requirements, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring that we adhere to best practices in social service delivery.

Responsibilities:
     - Support the development and implementation of required policies and procedures.
     - Assist in preparing documentation and evidence for accreditation applications.
     - Ensure ongoing compliance with social accreditation standards and requirements.
 

Ideal For: Individuals with experience in social accreditation processes, policy development, or compliance who are committed to upholding high standards of service and governance.
